Life Management Assistance is designed to give you more time to do what's most important to you!
Whether that's building your business, spending more quality time with your children or partner or simply taking time for yourself. 
Making your health and happiness a priority is the best thing you can do for your family and yourself!



PERSONAL ASSISTANCE


  • Grocery shopping – shop, deliver, and place everything neatly in your fridge and pantry.
  • Costco runs – just like your groceries, your big Costco shop can be brought to you and put away.
  • Dry cleaning – we’ll drop it in and collect when it’s ready.
  • Visit with and shop for your elderly parents.
  • Package sending and collecting – FedEx, UPS, Post Office.
  • Returns, exchanges, repairs and pickups 
  • Shopping – Christmas, birthdays, special events and charity functions.
  • Drop-offs – need something dropped in such as a donation, payment, document filing or gift? 
  • Back to school errand running.
  • Organize service people – we’ll wait for them at your home and supervise while they work.
  • Daily home check-ins while you’re travelling for business or pleasure.
  • Pet care
  • Organize office lunch platters and celebrations.
  • Arrange your cleaning services.
  • Seasonal decorating.
  • Take your car in for servicing or winter tire exchange

  • Organize your renovations with packing, clearing and sorting.

If you need assistance with a service you do not see listed above, simply email or call me and I'm sure I will be able to assist you!

  • 4 hours per week or minimum of 16 hours per month - $30.00 per hour
  • 6 hours per week or minimum of 24 hours per month - $25.00 per hour
  • 10 hours per week or minimum of 40 hours per month - $20.00 per hour
  • All HOME SERVICES are $40.00 per hour
